  • Witch’s Brew Punch

A People-pleaser through and through, this recipe for Witch’s Brew Punch calls for:

  • Two bottles of chilled sparking wine
  • Half a cup of chilled fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup of chilled fresh grapefruit juice
  • 3 cups of chilled cranberry-pomegranate juice
  • 2 cups of bourbon

This will be no sweat for our mixologists to make, as it requires mixing the ingredients in a large punch bowl. We can create a wispy effect with some dry ice if you ask.

Consider making a witch’s made of ice. You only need nitrile medical gloves, but choose the powder-free kind. Fill the glove with 2 cups of water, tie off the end, and freeze.

  • A half-ounce of Sorel Liqueur
  • 1 egg white, large
  • 3/4 ounces of simple syrup
  • 1 ounce of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 ounces of peanut butter whiskey

Let our mixologists do the rest! The key to making this making this drink is mixing the egg white, simple syrup, lemon juice, and whiskey in a cocktail shaker, then shaking until the ingredients get foamy.

Then it needs ice and another 10 seconds of shaking, this time with ice, Watch as our mixologists strain the drink into a cocktail glass and pour liqueur to give it a tantalizingly temping layered effect, just like a real candy corn.

  • Vampire Kiss Martini

You can jazz up a martini for Halloween in nearly endless ways, but the Vampire Kiss Martini kicks it up a notch. It’s also tasty with raspberry flavouring, giving it a pucker tartness yet sweetness.

First, our mixologists will add red sugar to the rim of a martini glass by wetting it with a raspberry liqueur, and then rolling it in the red sugar. Next, they’ll pour half of the liqueur and the vodka into the sugar-lined glass, then champagne, and then the last bit of raspberry liqueur.

However, our mixologists will pour the liqueur over the back of a spoon, as that creates a visually appealing, layered effect.
