You’ve planned it for months: your next wedding, birthday party, corporate event, or backyard get together. You’ve prepared the guest list, the food menu, the venue, all of it. The last thing you want to have to worry about is your cocktails. If you’ve ever attempted to handle a bar by yourself, you know how much stress this can be. Planning drinks, getting bar utensils together, trying to please the entire crowd with your drink selection; sounds fun doesn’t it?
Our carefully selected bartenders are highly skilled, and capable of providing the drinks on the menu we will help you create. We have the experience to handle any kind of event: weddings, corporate gatherings, birthday parties, bachelorette parties, and small backyard gatherings.

So how does it work?

How it works?
Cocktail Bartenders and Servers starting at $200 for the night
The first question we naturally get is about pricing. Our cocktail bartenders and servers are $40 per hour with a 5 hour minimum. Meaning, every bartender or server we send to your event is $200, even if your event is less than 5 hours. Travel fees apply outside of the GTA. We advise a 50:1 ratio of guests to bartenders.

After we have a chance to review your event details, we will send over a quote that has final pricing. This is what you can expect from the booking process:

Step 1: Contact us and confirm details

Reach out with the contact us button below. We will confirm details about your event: we will review what you need for your event, like how many people are coming, what kind of drinks you’d like, and if there’s anything special you want. This way, we can figure out what stuff we should stock up on, and what gear we should bring to make your event a blast!
Step 2: Event preparation (1 week prior to the event)

Based on your event details, we will confirm the beverage menu and provide you with a list of LCBO you will need to purchase. This will occur 1 week before the event.
Step 3: Setup (2-3 Hours Prior to the Event

On the day of the event, our bartenders and servers will arrive early to set up the bar area, ensuring all beverages are properly chilled, garnishes are prepared, and glassware and equipment are ready for use.
Step 4: Showtime

Throughout the event, our bartender(s) will efficiently serve drinks, engage with guests, maintain a clean and organized bar area, and monitor alcohol consumption to promote a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
To ensure optimal preparation, we recommend 1-2 weeks to allow us to prepare for your event. This timeframe allows us to properly plan, gather supplies, and coordinate any necessary logistics.
